Who it is for

  • Table-service restaurants and brasseries in France

Floor plan, kitchen routing and a mobile terminal that takes orders and payment at the table.

  • Restaurant chains and franchises

One central back-office to push products, prices and key layouts to every site, with local exceptions for franchisees.

  • Fast-food and bakery counters

The vendor lists dedicated fast-food and bakery solution pages, with kiosks and click and collect as add-ons.

What it does

  • iPad till with offline mode

The till generates its own Wi-Fi so payments can continue if the internet connection drops.

  • Mobile ordering and payment

Waiters take orders and payments on one handheld device, including split bills and Tap to Pay.

  • Tap to Pay on iPhone

Accept card payments on an iPhone with the Cashpad app and Yavin, with no separate payment terminal; funds arrive in about two working days.

  • Kitchen display and production printing

Orders from every channel are sent to the right preparation station, with timers, allergen notes and pager or SMS alerts when an order is ready (Cashpad Production System).

  • Sales reporting back-office

Online reports on revenue, margins, average ticket and top products by day, product, category and restaurant.

  • Central menu, price and key layout management

One product base shared by all sites, with scheduled changes, per-site VAT and price filters, and automatic multi-site rollout.

  • Franchisee autonomy

Franchisees can create local products and adjust prices while head office keeps visibility of the national product base.

  • Accounting export

Centralised accounting exports for the whole network, on a schedule.

  • Click and collect and digital menu

Ordering from a customer's phone with card, Apple Pay, Google Wallet and meal-voucher payment, upsell suggestions and automatic menu translation.

  • Order kiosks

Self-order kiosks that suggest add-on items and handle loyalty programmes and coupons.

  • Loyalty and marketing campaigns

Points-based loyalty with QR code cards, prepaid cards and email campaign templates.

  • Delivery order consolidation

Brings orders from several delivery channels into one tablet and one printer, via a partner solution.

  • Onboarding, training and support services

Installation, staff training (Cashpad Academy), opening support and a dedicated account manager for chains.
