Order taking on Android devices
Waiters send orders to the kitchen from an Android phone, PDA or tablet, with extra ingredients, half portions and allergen notes.
Kitchen monitor
Shows incoming orders in the kitchen with the status and elapsed time of each dish, and tells the waiter when a dish is ready.
Delivery platform integrator
Receives orders from delivery platforms in the till and passes them to the kitchen printers or monitor, and updates prices and offers from Glop.
Own delivery management
Manages delivery zones, customers, drivers and cash counts for the venue's own delivery service.
Online ordering without commission
Lets a restaurant run its own online ordering, with orders arriving in the till and going to the kitchen.
Digital menu and Pide y Paga
A QR-code menu with no app to install, where customers can also order and pay from their phone.
Glop PAY integrated card payments
Card payments connected to the till so amounts are not retyped, with a card terminal included and no minimums or fixed fee per transaction, according to the vendor.
Staff attendance control
Clock-in records, editing of shifts and clock-in reminders, available in the PRO and BUSINESS versions.
Stock control and purchase proposals
Stock control with an Android purchasing manager that proposes orders from consumption analysis.
Reports and cloud panel
Reports, comparisons, KPIs and history viewable from a web panel in the Business version.
AI assistant
Lets staff ask questions about sales, employees, schedules and products in natural language.
Glop MCP connector
Lets ChatGPT or Claude query the business's authorised Glop data, with access set per tool and removable at any time.
Tips, queue management and customer display
Optional modules include tip management, a queue manager, a customer-facing display and a prepaid and points system.
Veri*Factu tax compliance
Sales are signed and sent to the Spanish tax agency (AEAT) directly from the venue's own computer, and the vendor says the software is externally audited.

Glop is sold as a licence through distributors and says there are no mandatory fees. The versions page lists three versions (MINI, PRO, BUSINESS) and shows a monthly fee of 11,90 EUR per location only in the BUSINESS column; MINI and PRO show no monthly fee. Licence prices are not published. The home page says a free trial is available ("Pruebalo gratis") but gives no terms.
