It is not a till and is in early-access beta, with a waitlist.

    Calculates the amount to prepare from a recipe and the planned portions for an event.

  • Packing lists per vehicle

    Builds a list per vehicle from templates and recipes; ticking an item moves stock from the main warehouse to the vehicle.

  • Stock and item list

    Item list with filter and search, traffic-light stock status, consumables and equipment kept apart, and CSV import with column mapping.

  • Revenue, cost and result per event

    Plans food and drink revenue against goods, staff and pitch fees, then shows plan against actual after the event.

  • Fleet management

    Tracks vehicle inspections and maintenance with lead time, damage with photo and status, cleaning, and custom deadlines such as gas checks.

  • Event calculator (free)

    A free tool without sign-up that estimates net revenue, costs and break-even sales for an event.

  • Pitch checklist (free)

    A free 27-question checklist to clear with an event organiser.

  • Offline field use on iPad (announced)

    The site says an iPad view for ticking packing lists offline is coming.
