DailyPay is an on-demand pay (earned wage access) service that lets hourly employees draw part of their earned wages before payday. It connects to the employer's existing payroll or timekeeping system, so payroll runs as before, and adds tips access, off-cycle payments, bonuses and a prepaid card.
