QashierEats

QashierEats is Qashier's QR code ordering add-on. Diners scan a code at the table, browse the menu in their phone browser and place an order that goes to the Qashier POS and kitchen. It is sold to cafes, food stalls, quick-service outlets and restaurants that already use, or plan to use, Qashier's cloud POS in Southeast Asia.

    It works as an add-on to the Qashier Smart POS, so it suits venues that already run, or will run, that POS.

  • Dine-in and takeaway ordering

    The vendor lists dine-in table ordering and takeaway or pickup as the two main uses.

Less suited to: Venues that want diners to pay from their phone in Thailand: the vendor says QR ordering there supports ordering only, with payment at the counter, and online payment is listed as coming soon. It also needs the Qashier POS.

  • Scan-to-order menu in the browser

    Diners scan a table QR code and the menu opens in their phone browser with no app download.

  • Orders sent to POS and kitchen

    Orders go straight to the Qashier POS and kitchen printers, and customers are told when the order is ready.

  • Edit orders from the POS

    Staff can void items, change tables or add items to an existing table order in the Qashier POS.

  • Live menu updates

    Menu changes, sold-out items and price changes are made in one cloud back office and appear on every QR menu within seconds, the vendor says.

  • Reorder and order ahead

    Customers can order, re-order or order in advance without waiting for a server.

  • Photos and add-on prompts

    Item photos, recommendations and add-on prompts are meant to raise basket size; the vendor cites +18% average basket from indicative merchant benchmarks.

  • Takeaway and pickup ordering

    The same QR flow can be used for takeaway and pickup orders.

The Thailand page shows one plan at THB 1,990 per year, excluding VAT, with no setup fee. The FAQ says QR ordering is included in the Growth Plan and Essential Plan users can add it for a small monthly fee, without giving that fee. It is an add-on to Qashier Smart POS.
