Who it is for

  • Restaurant chains and franchises

Case studies cover multi-site groups such as HANS IM GLÜCK and The Klub Kitchen, which runs all orders and payments through SO'USE at six locations.

  • Venues that want QR ordering plus payment

Guests scan, order and pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card with no app or login, and the till receipt goes to the guest.

  • Quick-service and canteen concepts

Self-order terminals with upselling, plus a KDS and pickup screen, sold with hardware on monthly rental.

  • Restaurants with several delivery apps

Wolt, Lieferando and Uber Eats orders go to the till and kitchen printer, and menu changes are pushed to all platforms.

What it does

  • QR order and pay

Guests scan a table code, order and pay in one step, with allergen filters and the restaurant's own colours, fonts and logo.

  • Upsell and cross-sell menu

A menu layer separate from the till's rigid structure to suggest add-ons; the vendor says it lifts upsells by more than 30%.

  • Self-order terminals

Kiosk software with eat-in or takeaway choice, accessibility mode, multiple languages, pickup numbers sent to the till.

  • Tablet ordering

Fixed tablets at the table for à la carte or all-you-can-eat service, connected to the till.

  • Web shop for pickup and delivery

Commission-free online shop on the restaurant's own domain with pickup slots, delivery, catering and virtual canteens.

  • Delivery platform integration

Central order intake from delivery apps into the till and kitchen, with one menu pushed to all platforms and revenue in the cash report.

  • Kitchen display system

One screen for orders from the till, kiosk and QR code, with station routing, offline sync and a pickup monitor; runs on iPad, Android or professional hardware.

  • Payments and tips

Accepts wallets and cards including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, iDEAL and TWINT, with tipping and daily payout to the venue's bank.

  • Loyalty and vouchers

Points, vouchers and newsletters via add-ons and integrations such as Leat and Gurado.

  • Back office

Update menus, content and rules from a dashboard, with 60+ menu languages.
