TackPay is a digital tipping service. Guests scan a QR code and tip by card or phone wallet with no app, and the tip goes to a tip jar for one person or a whole venue team. Starter is EUR 0 per month (one tip jar, up to 15 employees). Select is EUR 4.99 + VAT per month (up to 30 employees), Premium EUR 11.99 + VAT (three jars, up to 100 employees, multi-location) and Business EUR 34.99 + VAT (ten jars, unlimited employees). A yearly option saves 20%. Every tip carries a 5% + 0.30 GBP fee that includes card processing; it is deducted from the tip or, if the guest chooses, covered by the guest. UK customers are billed in GBP.
