Nutrition table from the recipe
Calculates the seven mandatory nutrition values per 100 g from the German federal nutrient database (BLS 4.0), without lab analysis.
Allergen detection
Recognises the 14 allergen groups in Annex II of the LMIV, sets them in bold in the ingredient list and flags ingredients that lack allergen data.
AI recipe recognition
Reads a recipe typed as plain text, identifies ingredients and amounts and maps them to database entries for the user to confirm.
Pre-export checks
Checks mandatory information, ingredient order, allergens and nutrition values before export and shows what is missing.
Label editor with true preview
Choose format, font, colours and module order; the preview is the PDF that gets printed.
Print-ready PDF
Exports the label at exact size for a label printer or on A4 for cutting out.
Label history
Each label is stored with its data so the user can see what was on it and when.
Own nutrition values
Users can confirm, correct or enter their own nutrition values for an ingredient.

A public nutrition calculation tool is linked from the site.
