iFood Portal do Parceiro

The iFood Portal do Parceiro is the web back office that restaurants and grocery stores use once they sell through the iFood delivery marketplace in Brazil. Partners set up their menu, hours and delivery area, manage incoming orders in a separate order manager, follow sales and payouts, and can add iFood's own delivery couriers. Pricing is a commission on orders plus a small monthly fee.

Who it is for

  • Brazilian restaurants that want to sell on the iFood app

Registration needs a valid Brazilian CNPJ (MEI, ME or other) registered under a food activity code (CNAE), so it suits registered food businesses in Brazil.

  • Restaurants without their own couriers

The Plano Entrega has iFood partner couriers deliver the orders, where the service is available.

  • Restaurants with their own delivery team

The Plano Basico lets the restaurant deliver itself and set its own delivery area, fee, delivery time, minimum order and payment methods.

Less suited to: Businesses without a Brazilian CNPJ. iFood's registration page lists a valid CNPJ with a food-related CNAE as required.

What it does

  • Order manager (Gestor de Pedidos)

Lets the restaurant receive, confirm or reject and dispatch orders, and see payment method and delivery address for each one.

  • Menu, hours and delivery area setup

The partner portal is where the menu, opening hours, delivery area and delivery fee are configured.

  • Payment method selection

The restaurant chooses which payment methods customers can use.

  • Reviews and replies

Shows customer reviews and lets the restaurant answer comments, in the portal and in the partner app.

  • Sales and payout tracking

Shows sales history, fees charged and payouts received.

  • Partner mobile app

The iFood para Parceiros app gives real-time notifications, shows incoming orders and reviews, and lets staff edit menu prices and pause items.

  • iFood partner couriers (Plano Entrega)

Partner couriers deliver orders, with real-time delivery tracking and iFood support until delivery; available only in some regions of Brazil.

  • Payouts to a bank account

Sales paid through iFood are transferred to the registered bank account; sales are counted in 7-day periods and paid out within up to 4 weeks, on Wednesdays.

  • Sales advance (Antecipacao, iFood Pago)

Optional plan to receive the value of sales within up to 7 business days, with fees; it is activated in the portal or the iFood Pago app.

  • Financial services (iFood Pago)

Digital account (Pix, TED, boletos, DDA), credit and a payment terminal called Maquinona that offers cashback and coupons.

  • Marketing tools

The Basic plan lists marketing tools among its included items.

  • Free performance consultancy

Access to free consultancy with performance specialists for 30 days, as stated on the plans page.
