Vintiga

Vintiga is an iPhone and iPad point of sale that also includes a guest CRM, wine and beer club memberships, reservations, email and SMS marketing and a website with online shop. It is sold to wineries, breweries and distilleries that run tasting rooms, not to restaurants. Every plan includes all modules, and price depends on annual direct-to-consumer revenue.

Who it is for

  • Winery tasting rooms

One system for tasting-room checkout, club signup, reservations and follow-up marketing, with member pricing applied at the till.

  • Breweries and taprooms

Vintiga offers the same platform to breweries, with mug club recognition, beer release events and taproom reservations.

  • Producers moving off Commerce7 or WineDirect

Vintiga says it migrates products, members, order history and cards on file for free and waives the setup fee for switchers.

Less suited to: Restaurants and bars without a tasting room, club or direct-to-consumer sales. The product is described only for wineries, breweries and distilleries.

What it does

  • Mobile POS

Runs tastings and checkout on an iPhone or iPad, applies club pricing automatically and works offline, syncing when the connection returns.

  • Tap to Pay on iPhone

Accepts contactless cards and wallets on an iPhone without a separate reader; external card readers are also supported.

  • Guest profiles

Shows a guest's purchase history, preferences, club status and notes to staff at the point of sale.

  • Team performance tracking

Measures sales, club conversions and average order value per staff member in real time.

  • Product management

Imports products from Commerce7, Shopify or CSV, groups them, and sets age verification, shipping restrictions and member pricing per product.

  • Memberships and clubs

Builds unlimited club tiers with perks, digital passes and automated renewals.

  • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes

Members can keep their club card on their phone; the vendor says this is included at no extra cost.

  • Reservations and events

Takes bookings and tickets with deposits and automatic SMS and email reminders, synced to the POS.

  • Website and online shop

A built-in website builder and online store that share inventory and customer profiles with the tasting-room POS.

  • Email and SMS marketing

Automated campaigns triggered by purchase history, membership tier and visit frequency.

  • AI upsell suggestions

Suggests add-ons at checkout based on the guest's history and the current cart; the uplift figures on the site are the vendor's own claims.

  • Real-time sales dashboards

Shows sales, orders, average order value and inventory synced from the POS, with export.

  • Data migration

Moves orders, club members and tiers, cards on file and guest notes from the previous system, with a 30-day parallel pilot.
