Airシフト (Air Shift) is a Japanese-language cloud shift-scheduling service from Recruit's Air business tools family. Managers collect availability from staff through the companion Shiftboard app, build the shift table, track estimated labour cost and record clock-in times. It is sold to shops and restaurants of all sizes, with pricing per linked staff member.

Estimated labour cost in the shift table
Shows estimated labour cost per staff member and per day while the schedule is built.
Shift patterns and multiple views
Lets a store save its own patterns such as early, middle and late shifts, and switch the table between day, week, two-week, half-month and month views.
Chat with staff
Managers send work requests and handle shift-change or absence requests in chat, and confirmed shifts are shared to staff automatically.
Printable shift table
The confirmed shift table can be printed.
Time card (clock in and out)
Records clock-in, clock-out and break times, and totals hours worked; the vendor says it also guards against altered punches.
Attendance records storage and CSV export
Keeps attendance records digitally, including the five-year retention the vendor mentions, and allows CSV download of the data.
Multi-store attendance
The cloud time card manages attendance for several stores together.
Work schedule and task assignment
Assigns tasks to staff from the shift data by drag and drop, saves templates, and can auto-assign based on skills, shift times and headcount needed.
Skill management
Shows each staff member's skill level per task and updates levels automatically from assignment history.
Labour cost analysis with Airメイト
Sends shift, attendance and estimated labour cost data to Airメイト so labour cost ratio against sales can be reviewed by day, week and month.

The month of sign-up and the following month are free. After that it costs 330 yen (tax included) per staff member per month, with a flat 990 yen (tax included) per month when there are two or fewer staff. Only staff linked through the Shiftboard app are counted, and the monthly fee uses the highest linked headcount in that month. The vendor states no initial or support fees, and no automatic charge after the trial. The 330 yen figure is stated in text on the vendor help-centre notice of a price revision effective 1 April 2025 (before that the fee was 110 yen); the cost page shows the current prices in images.
