Gramme is a French web app for bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers and ice-cream makers that turns recipes into costed technical sheets, tracks supplier prices, stock and production, and computes margins. Recipes can be imported from a photo and supplier invoices scanned. Its Pro plan adds hygiene records, allergen labelling and stock. It is sold by subscription in euros.
