SQLogic is a Windows business-management suite from the Polish company GRAF Serwis, with a bakery edition (SQLogic Piekarnia) covering sales, purchasing, warehouse, recipes, production planning, delivery notes and accounting. It is aimed at bakeries and confectioners that deliver to regular customers and invoice in batches, from small firms to plants with over a thousand staff.

  • Weighed dispatch on touch panels

    Touch-screen stations connected to a scale record weighed items as they are dispatched against a delivery note.

  • Driver routes and basket tracking

    Registers delivery routes and drivers and tracks returnable baskets.

  • Sales analysis

    Reports on company balance, liquidity, margin by product group, profit by product and turnover by customer.

  • Accounting and JPK

    Includes the income and expense ledger, the commercial ledger, fixed assets and the Polish JPK tax file.

  • Payments and settlements

    Tracks payments from customers and amounts owed to suppliers, with cash-flow forecasts.

  • Mobile ordering by SMS

    Lets customers without a computer or internet send orders by SMS from a phone app; they load straight into the sales database.

  • Cloud hosting option

    The bakery edition can run in the Microsoft cloud instead of on the customer's own server.

The price list gives two ways to buy: a one-off licence, or a service agreement with a monthly fee that includes software and support (no monthly figure is given on the price list). For bakeries the one-off list shows Sales + Production at 1,200 PLN for the first licence and 800 PLN for each further one, weighed touch-panel dispatch at 1,000 / 800 PLN, and driver and basket control at 1,000 / 800 PLN, with yearly update fees. The homepage says 'only 50 PLN per month for 5 workstations' without saying which product it covers, so no monthly price is listed. Free single-station versions and a trial that runs to the end of the year are offered.
