It combines a POS terminal, kiosks, a kitchen display, delivery-app order intake, commission-free online ordering, loyalty and reporting. The vendor targets quick service, fast casual, cafe, bakery, food truck and pizzeria operators, plus multi-location groups.

Who it is for

  • Restaurants on several delivery apps

Order Manager puts orders from delivery apps and direct channels on one tablet, with auto-accept and auto-print, so a kitchen does not need a tablet per app.

  • Food stands, small cafes and food trucks

The Starter bundle is described as best for food stands, small cafes and food trucks, and includes a terminal, printer and card reader.

  • Multi-store and high-volume restaurants

The Professional bundle adds website builder, loyalty and gift cards and is described as best for multi-store and high-volume restaurants; menus can be synced across locations.

  • Self-order kiosks

  • Online ordering

Lets a restaurant fulfil orders for third-party virtual brands from its own kitchen.

  • Inventory Savings (distributor cash back)

Free programme that gives cash back on orders placed with connected food distributors; the vendor says it covers more than 90 distributors.
