Pelican
Pelican is a mobile app where a professional kitchen team builds one shared order list by voice or typing, with items sorted by category. The head chef then orders from that list when the supplier rep visits, or sends it as a PDF, email or WhatsApp. It is not a supplier marketplace; ordering and prices are still agreed directly with suppliers. It is sold to hotel kitchens, restaurants and catering kitchens.

Records when each order was placed, with whom and by whom, and spending per order, supplier and week when prices are entered.

Owners invite team members by link and assign roles.

Priced per business, not per user. With yearly billing: Solo 15 euros a month for up to 3 users, Basic 24 euros for up to 5 users, Pro 49 euros for unlimited users and priority support. The FAQ gives monthly billing as 19, 29 and 59 euros. The whole team uses the app at no extra cost, and there is a 30-day free trial and cancellation any time.
