Roastive is coffee roastery software from South Korea. A desktop and mobile app connects to a roaster over Modbus or Siemens S7 to log roasts live, and a web system handles orders, production, green and roasted stock, purchasing, invoicing and payment matching. It is sold to roasteries and cafes that roast their own coffee, with several Korea-only invoicing and shipping features.

    Tracks bean and environment temperature and rate of rise every 500 ms and controls gas, damper and drum speed from the screen.

  • Roast profiles and auto profiles

    Saves, clones and replays profiles, and can follow a reference curve automatically.

    Records colour, moisture, density and SCA-standard cupping notes against each batch.

  • Order and customer pricing management

    Handles customer orders with per-customer prices, payment terms and credit limits, linked to roast batches.

  • Production planning

    Shows SKU-level production plans and batch progress and assigns schedules per roaster line.

  • Green and roasted stock with lot tracking

    Deducts stock with each roast and tracks silo and warehouse levels, lot numbers, receiving and expiry dates.

  • Purchasing

    Manages green coffee and packaging purchases separately and proposes a purchase order when stock falls below a safety level.

  • Shipping labels (Korea)

    Generates and prints domestic carrier labels when an order is registered and tracks delivery.

  • E-tax invoices and statements (Korea)

    Issues Korean electronic tax invoices and transaction statements from sales data.

  • Receivables and deposit matching

    Shows receivables and ageing and matches incoming bank deposits to receivables automatically.

  • Traceability and regulatory records

    Links raw material to production to shipment and keeps stock ledgers, production reports and licences in one place.

Standard is USD 29 a month (17% off with yearly billing) and covers all web features with unlimited batches. Free gives every feature for 14 days, then the desktop app only, up to 10 batches a month. Standard includes one roastery, one ERP user and one roaster; the Korean page lists add-ons of KRW 12,000 a month each for an extra roaster connection or team member. Businesses with 5+ locations or 10+ roasters are asked to contact sales.

Roasters connect over Modbus RTU/TCP or Siemens S7. The site names Giesen, Probat, Easyster, Cogen, Proaster and Trinitas as optimised, and the partner form also lists Loring, Diedrich, Has Garanti and Toper. It also connects to Korea's NTS e-tax invoice filing, Korean bank feeds and ROEST cloud (completed-batch import only).

The app talks to the roaster's PLC over a USB (RS-485) adapter or Ethernet, using Modbus RTU/TCP or Siemens S7. Desktop needs macOS 12+ or Windows 10+ 64-bit with 4 GB+ RAM. iPhone and iPad control needs the same Wi-Fi as the roaster; Android is for monitoring on a tablet.

The vendor does not list countries. Invoicing, shipping and messaging features are Korea only, the company is Korean, and the site offers Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese. Overseas customers are billed through Paddle as merchant of record per the terms.
