Regulatory Compliance & Inspection Readiness
13 products listed
Introduction
An inspector or auditor can arrive with little warning and ask for records going back weeks. This software keeps those records in one place, so you can show cleaning logs, supplier approvals, training and corrective actions without searching. Some products are complete food safety systems, some collect test results from cleaning and environmental swabs, and others track wider obligations such as alcohol shipping licences, staff training or changes in regulation. What they share is evidence: a clear trail showing what was checked, by whom and when. They are narrower than a full quality system.
Who needs it
Businesses facing regular inspections or customer audits use these tools, from independent cafes to processing plants and drinks producers selling across regions. It becomes worth having when preparing for a visit means days of gathering paper. The right product depends on which rules apply to you, and those differ by country, so confirm coverage with the vendor first.

What to look for
Which rules the product covers. Profiled products cover very different things, from food control plans to alcohol shipping law and regulatory question answering. Match the product to your actual obligations.
Test result collection. One product gathers ATP cleaning checks and allergen or organism test results from the vendor's own instruments. That suits plants with a testing programme but not a kitchen.
Free plan or published price. Only a minority of the 12 profiled products publish prices, and one has a free plan for a single site. Others need a demo or quote.
Audit trail and reports. Ask to see the report an inspector would receive. A useful record shows who signed what and when.
Training records included. Staff training evidence is a common inspection request, and some products include a course library while others do not.
