Coffee Roastery Software
5 products listed
Introduction
A coffee roaster has two sets of records to keep. One is the roast itself: the temperature curve, the green coffee lot it came from and whether the next batch matches. The other is the business around it, with wholesale orders, stock of green and roasted coffee, and invoices. The five profiled products here are all roastery tools. Cafe till software is listed under the point-of-sale categories. Some connect to the roasting machine and log each roast live. Others add a wholesale ordering portal or general production planning. Pick by whether your priority is roast consistency or order handling.
Who needs it
Small and mid-sized roasteries, including those supplying cafes and grocers wholesale. It becomes worth having when roast profiles are noted on paper, when green coffee stock is counted by hand, or when wholesale orders arrive by email and need planning into roast days.

What to look for
Roaster connection method. Some products link to the machine using a connector, a PLC adapter over USB or Ethernet, or Modbus. Check your roaster model is on the supported list before you pay.
Desktop app or web only. Roast logging often runs in a desktop app for Windows, macOS or Linux, while ordering and stock run in the browser. Check which one each function needs.
Wholesale portal included. One product gives wholesale customers their own ordering portal with reorder reminders, and others focus on roasting and stock. Choose by whether customers order themselves.
Pricing by output or by roastery. One charges by pounds roasted, another by package, another per roastery, and one adds a fee per additional user. Estimate cost at your monthly roast volume.
Free tier limits. Two products offer a free or hobby tier with limits on batches, machines or features. It is a fair way to test roast logging first.
At a glance
All five profiled products list a starting price. Models differ: by package, by pounds roasted, per roastery, or per month plus per additional user, and two have a free tier.
